what is the purposer of an interview?
1. can you do the job
2. do you want the job
3. to see if it is a good fit for you and for them?
what steps are involved in interview preparation?
research the company - linkedin etc
prepare answers to possible interview questions
prepare questions to ask the interviewer
different types of interviews?
one-to-one/two - in person or by skype
panel - can be nerve wrecking
revolving door - (not often during pandemic) one person comes in 15min panel/one to one
group - mass hiring ex.amazon
telephone - 12~20min
during a meal - casual meeting, all about networking
demonstation of skills/knowledge - coming to be popular, presentation ex. graphic desginer
